Chauffeured transport built around board schedules, not sightseeing. We run SPU airport meets, conference shuttles and multi-city roadshows across Dalmatia with drivers who plan for the summer traffic before it happens.

Diocletian's Palace and the Riva are pedestrian, so there is no pulling up at the front door of a conference hotel inside the walls. We know the legal drop points at the edge of the old town and the timing that gets a delegate to a Riva meeting without a long walk in the heat. Split Airport sits 24 km northwest by Kastela and Trogir, roughly half an hour on a clear coast road and well over that in July and August. For roadshows down the coast we build in the real numbers: Zadar, Sibenik, and Dubrovnik at three to three and a half hours each way. Our drivers use the back routes around the centre when the seafront locks up.

A quiet executive saloon for one to three passengers, right for a director going hotel to venue or straight off the SPU apron to a morning session.
1-3 guests
Four to eight seats with room for pull-along cases and pitch materials, the usual pick for a small deal team moving between meetings.
4-8 guests
Nine to twenty seats for a department or a conference delegation shuttling from the hotel cluster to the venue on a fixed call time.
9-20 guests
Twenty to fifty-five seats for a full offsite, an incentive group or the whole roadshow crew heading down the coast together.
20-55 guests
For a chairman or a keynote speaker who needs a lead car, tighter timing and a single point of contact for the visit.
on request
A ramp-equipped vehicle arranged in advance so a delegate or client is on the same schedule as everyone else.
accessible
Planeside coordination for private arrivals, with the car matched to the tail number and the driver briefed on your slot.
planeside coordinationA driver waits inside arrivals with a name board, tracks the flight, and holds the slot if you clear customs late. No standing at the rank with a laptop bag.
Fixed-time runs between the hotel and the venue for events at the Riva hotels and out toward the marina, sized to the group and repeated on a schedule you set.
One car and one driver for a whole day of meetings, from Split down to Zadar or across to Sibenik, with waiting time between stops built into the plan.
Hotel to meeting, meeting to dinner, dinner back. The driver knows where cars can actually stop near the old town and where they cannot.
Pickups off the cruise berth or the Jadrolinija terminal on the Riva, useful when a client is arriving by sea before a mainland meeting.
Mostar in Bosnia, or the coast run to Dubrovnik, arranged with the border paperwork and timing handled so the working day is not lost to logistics.
Give us the flights, the venues and the meeting times. We map the day against real Split traffic and tell you where the tight connections are.
You get the vehicle, the driver's name and a single contact for the visit. Changes on the day go to that one person, not a call centre.
Driver arrives ahead of each call time, waits when a meeting overruns, and reroutes around the seafront when summer gridlock hits.
“Booked a car for three days of investor meetings across Split and Zadar. The driver had the day mapped better than we did and never once made us late, even with the coast road jammed.”
“Flight into SPU landed 40 minutes behind and the driver was still there waiting inside arrivals. Straight to the conference hotel with time to change before the first session.”
“We had a keynote speaker who needed to be at the Riva venue on a very tight window. They knew exactly where to drop so he did not have to walk the last stretch in the sun.”
Send the flights, venues and meeting times and we will come back with a plan and a price. For roadshows and multi-day visits, the more of the schedule you share, the tighter we can hold the timing.
Yes. For a multi-stop day the car and driver stay with you throughout, so there is no re-booking between meetings and no waiting for a car to come back. Waiting time is factored into the day when we plan it.
The airport is 24 km northwest and about half an hour away when the coast road is clear. In July and August it runs longer, so we pad the departure and tell you the time we recommend rather than the optimistic one.
The old town around Diocletian's Palace and the Riva is pedestrian, so cars stop at the edge and there is a short walk. We use the closest legal drop points and time the arrival to keep that walk brief.
Yes. We run minibuses and coaches on fixed-time shuttles between the hotel and the venue, sized to the delegation, and can add lead cars for VIPs travelling with the group.
We match the car to your tail number and arrange planeside pickup so the transfer to the meeting starts the moment you are off the aircraft.
Price depends on the vehicle, the route and the hours, and we quote it once we see the itinerary. Send the schedule and you get a firm figure on booking.
