Diocletian's Palace and the Riva are pedestrian, so there is no pulling up at the front door of a conference hotel inside the walls. We know the legal drop points at the edge of the old town and the timing that gets a delegate to a Riva meeting without a long walk in the heat. Split Airport sits 24 km northwest by Kastela and Trogir, roughly half an hour on a clear coast road and well over that in July and August. For roadshows down the coast we build in the real numbers: Zadar, Sibenik, and Dubrovnik at three to three and a half hours each way. Our drivers use the back routes around the centre when the seafront locks up.

Yes. For a multi-stop day the car and driver stay with you throughout, so there is no re-booking between meetings and no waiting for a car to come back. Waiting time is factored into the day when we plan it.
The airport is 24 km northwest and about half an hour away when the coast road is clear. In July and August it runs longer, so we pad the departure and tell you the time we recommend rather than the optimistic one.
